Farm and ranch brokerage is a second career for Don Cornett, who lives in New Ulm and offices in Bellville. George Clift told me that Don has specialized in helping 1031 exchange buyers find rural property and I ought to ask him about it. So… I called Don up and did just that. From our conversation, it’s evident that Don Cornett has a firm grasp of 1031 exchanges and how they can be used in rural land transactions.
